Free Tickets

Free Garden in the Sky tickets involve no charge and therefore require no refund. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email link.

Restaurant Reservations

• More than 24 hours before: Full refund available
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but you may reschedule
• No-show: No refund

3. State the reason for cancellation
4. Allow 5-10 business days for processing

Exceptional Circumstances
