2. Reservation Conditions
- Free tickets require advance reservation
- Tickets are released 3 weeks before visit date
- A valid card is required for verification
- Maximum 6 tickets per reservation
- Tickets are non-transferable
3. Arrival and Entry
- Arrive within your 30-minute time slot
- Late arrivals may not be admitted
- Valid photo ID required
- Security screening required
- Smart casual dress code applies
4. Restaurant Reservations
- Restaurant reservations include Garden in the Sky access
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
- Late arrivals of 15+ minutes may result in table forfeiture
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who behaves inappropriately or fails to comply with our rules.
6. Liability
Garden in the Sky accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings. Visitors enter at their own risk.
